My side project Beerolog is a recommender built on embeddings, pgvector retrieval, a two-stage match engine, and a real evaluation harness. Autofleet
At Autofleet, I built a new React Native app from scratch to 60,000 users, in a shared codebase alongside a second live app maintained by another team — keeping the ~100,000 combined users compatible across the shared code. I rebuilt the mobile Design System and led a Bottom Sheet upgrade behind a React Native version bump that untangled hidden coupling across navigation, keyboard, gestures, and layout, unblocking the upgrade while keeping both apps app-store compliant.
Other work included reporting flows, maintenance history, regression coverage, and web performance improvements.

Cut bundle size ~50% by reworking Design System compression and atomization in Next.js, packaged the design system as a private NPM package (Rollup → Vite for Storybook, exports, and Cypress), moved to the Next.js 14 app router, and led a JS → TS migration that cut bugs ~30%.
AI-assisted development
As individual practice (not an org rollout), I work AI-assisted daily with Cursor and Claude Code and build my own SDLC skills — a PR-summary generator and a code-review skill that fans out four clean-context sub-agents across a branch.

At monday.com, I shipped foundational component infrastructure to 300,000+ active Workdocs users across React, Node.js, and Ruby on Rails. I built NestedBlock — extending the editor architecture so blocks could contain other blocks without ever allowing an invalid document state — plus an abstraction over the Workdocs notification system that made new alert types faster to ship.

Life Around the Keyboard.
Founder — Colman Dev Club
Founded and led the first official developer club at the College of Management — practical workshops and real projects that drove 80% job placement for graduates. Raised 10,000 NIS from the student union, hit that goal on roughly half the planned budget, and trained the next round of mentors so it still runs 6+ years later.
Lead organizer — Hackathons
Led Colman Hack 2021 and MTA Hack 2019: two 24-hour build events, ~100 participants each, with technical logistics, sponsorships, and mentors moving people from idea to demo.
Zouk dancer & chess player
Away from the keyboard I social-dance Zouk and play chess — one is reading a room and moving with it, the other is quiet pattern-hunting. Both are how I reset at the end of a long week.
